Hello all!

We are getting back into the swing of things here at brothersstudios.com. Not only are we working on some more entertaining videos for everyone, we are also working on some more serious projects that will help us develop our craft. We have 2 things in the works.

First of all we are filming a highlight video for a talented local soccer player that will be sent out to colleges and universities for their recruiting and scholarship programs. We have filmed one game and will film at least one more. I think it is going to really turn out well.

Second, we have filmed a couple of classes for Bro Stephens father in law, a chiropractor. He teaches and hosts various health and fitness classes for his patients and friends. He cares a lot about the health of our community and wants to make these classes more available to others. These too, are going to be great.

We have need of some new ideas from you guys for the next 5things video. I was a little overly ambitious saying we were going to do one a month, but we will get as many out as we can. BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP! Give us a great idea for the next 5things and your name (and website if you have one) will be listed in the credits and a link on the blog. ( that is if it is an appropriate site for a whole family to visit!) So give us your idea for a 5things video. It can be anything. 5things not to wear to a wedding. 5things not to say to your Grandmother. 5things you should  not do at your bail hearing, Whatever. Get creative and submit them here at the blog or you can write us at brothers@brothersstudios.com. We would love to hear from you, even if it is just a suggestion to make things better here at our sites, or just to give us some props for having the funniest videos on the web.

Speaking of which, we posted our latest 5things , “5things You Should Never Do At a Funeral”, at break.com ( please be aware that we have not seen all of the videos on that site, and some may or may not be appropriate for everyone.)   

If you feel comfortable going to break.com , please go and search for brothersstudios, or 5things You Should Never Do At a Funeral , and rate our video the best you have ever seen! It would be great to get us some more exposure on the web. We have a couple of videos there, so go give them a positive rating too!

Isn’t summer a nice and relaxing time? Over time at work to cover the vacations of your coworkers. Busy schedules at home. A nice summer flu to give you a break from all of the monotony. The brothers have been working on some ideas and one of these days we are going to get to work on them. Bro Stephen has come up with an idea for a slightly more ambitious project starring the Thunder Brothers. ( the name we have christened the dudes from the Ted Nugent commercial ) We got together to talk a few things through but we ended up watching someone else’s videos and just having a good time with our wives and Ethan. Ah well. It was worth it just to hang with my wife, my brother and his family.

We are going to so the 5things shortly and we have decided who the winning contributor is. You will find out the next 5things very,very soon.

And as a side note. Google” Brothers Studios “. We are 3rd or 4th on the list. I don’t know what that means or anything other than I think it is pretty cool. GET OUT OF OUR WAY WARNER BROTHERS!

Brother Stephen and I and our significant others will be filming a 5things this evening. The winner of the 5things theme for this month (albeit a little late) is Jenny from momminitup.com ! Congratulations! She wins a fabulous all expense paid trip to brothersstudios.com and her name in the credits of this awesome new video! Wow! Thanks for the wonderful idea for June’s 5things. If you have not been keeping up comments here at brothersstudios.com and you have no idea what the theme might be, you’ll just have to wait and see the video when we finish it! Stayed tuned, same bro time,same bro channel.

Bro Stephen and I filmed a new video last week and the editing is about to begin. Expect the new video to appear early next week. I think it could be our best one yet.  And the still yet to be released final version (This is the last time we subject you to that thing, I promise!) of the Nugent commercial. Next month’s 5things will be coming up soon, so get your suggestions in for any list of 5things (e.g.  5things not to tell your kids before bedtime, 5things not to wear to Prom….) This is your last chance before we shoot to get your name in the credits. And who would want to miss the chance to get your name in a video seen by half dozens weekly! So leave a comment on this entry with your ideas for the next 5things video!

We all go through crud.So take a few minutes and laugh ( or cry depending on what you think of the videos) If you need a break,take one…or two, and check out a few of the vidoes we have, then leave your suggestions for a funny peice we can do.
